Two coasting permits are contained within this collection. They are for the Sloop Maria, and the Schooner Friendship and provide the name of the ships master, its weight, the cargo, the port of origin, and the final port of destination. Images are unarranged. This collection is part of the Office of the Comptroller General which was created in 1782.
