The Death Record Book includes the following information on each patient: name, date of admittance, company and regiment, date of enlistment, date of death, age, place of birth, where admitted from, cause of death, place of interment and remarks. Images are arranged chronologically. This collection is part of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs which is responsible for administering the Pennsylvania National Guard, and administers various programs of assistance to veterans.
