This collection includes minute books from March 19, 1948 – December 1, 1999 that cover topics such as market value certifications, hearings on appeals, field reports, appropriations, code of conduct, audit reports, and reports of engagements. This collection also includes historical notes from November 14, 1947 – March 17, 1948 predating the organization of the Board.
