Records are grouped by account and then arranged chronologically by date of transaction. Records are indexed externally, alphabetically by surname of patient in RG/023/AMEH/DANV/27- Index to Patient Ledgers.
Accounts are primarily attributed to the poor district or various courts. Information provided includes the name of the account, the name of each patient that the poor district or court was responsible for, date of entry, the expense incurred when the bill was paid, and the date of payment.
