This collection, arranged chronologically by the date the license was issued, contains copies of licenses issued to optometrists by the State Board of Optometrical Education, Examination, and Licensure. Pertinent information found includes the name and address (city, state, and county) of the optometrist, the date of licensing, and in some instances comments about whether the licensee died or had his or her certificate revoked.
