| These documents provide guidance for the exchange of materials between libraries. They replace the 1994 Pennsylvania Interlibrary Loan Code and the 1995 Pennsylvania Interlibrary Loan Procedures Manual. The Guidelines and Procedures are designed to address the need for increased flexibility and to better accommodate new technologies. They encourage libraries to share resources liberally and advise that restrictions of the past may no longer apply. |
