Local Statistics for Libraries that Contribute Staffing:
1. Login to LibAnswers [https://powerlibrary.libapps.com/libapps/login.php]
2. For Online Statistics (live chat):
  a. Navigate to the LibChat tab from top menu and select Statistics
  b. Manipulate the filters as needed to view your statistics
3. For Offline Statistics (tickets, chat follow-ups, SMS):
  a. Navigate to the Stats tab from top menu and select Tickets
  b. Manipulate the filters as needed to view your statistics
