This form is to be used to request outreach materials for promoting POWER Library to the communities you serve at events. We typically only provide outreach materials at conferences, trainings, etc. However, we know that not everyone is able to obtain materials at these events. As a result, we are making this form available for requesting materials, which may be provided based on the following criteria:

1. HSLC has the funds available to ship the request.
2. The outreach items requested are available.
3. Your library/school has an upcoming event in which the materials will be made available.

HSLC will respond within 2 business days to indicate whether or not the request can be met. To request outreach materials, please complete and submit the form.
