Denial of Consent for Minor to Obtain an eCard
A minor in your household listed your email as the adult/guardian email when they subscribed for an eCard with POWER Library. An eCard with POWER Library provides access to the e-resources (databases) available on the following webpages:

- POWER Teens: https://teens.powerlibrary.org/
The e-resources and e-book collections serves to support and supplement the educational needs of the K-12 community as well as the general educational interest, recreational, and entertainment needs of the public, and reflects the racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity of the Commonwealth.
If you do NOT want the minor in your household to have an eCard to access to the e-resources (databases) in POWER Library, please submit this form. Please note that it may take 2-4 business days for the eCard number to be removed from our system.
