The E-Card registration system will attempt to verify the provided information to confirm your Pennsylvania residency.
Your E-Card Request Status
Please check your inbox for the status of your request or to confirm your E-Card request. (If you do not find a message in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder. We also suggest that you whitelist help@powerlibrary.org.)
Did you indicate that you are aged 15 or younger?
The Parent/Guardian email provided will be notified that you have requested an E-Card.
Attention K-12 Students
If you used an email with your school’s domain name, and your school does not allow you to receive email from outside domains, you will not be able to obtain an E-Card number. You will need to use an email from Gmail, Yahoo, or some other email service provider. If you do not see a message in your inbox soon, then you might need to submit the E-Card registration form again using an alternate email address. If your school will make an exception and allow emails from POWER Library, please request to your school librarian, teacher, or I.T. department to whitelist the following email:

What can I access with my E-Card number?
Please remember that an E-Card number provides access to the E-Resources in POWER Library and does not provide any privileges to services provided by your local library such as checking out materials, accessing databases purchased by your library, etc.
