POWER Library eCard
To obtain a POWER Library eCard, please submit the eCard registration form.
Please note that the eCard may only be used to access e-resources from the POWER Library. The eCard may not be used to access additional e-resources provided by your local library or for circulation activities. For example, it will not be possible to check out materials or to place materials on reserve at your local library using an eCard. To find a library, you may look for one using Find a PA Library.
